STEEL & SPIRIT is a mash-up of the world’s greatest RPG with one of the easiest: John Harper’s Lasers + Feelings. Perfect for fun, breezy one shots or even a campaign, you can play this game with any fantasy RPG material, or (even better) create your own!

If you aren’t familiar with Lasers + Feelings, it is a truly elegant, simple game that you can teach in mere moments and begin playing. You have only one stat number in the game, and you either roll over or under for different types of actions. I have broken down the classic fantasy species, classes, skills, etc to fit within this system, while retaining what I believe are their key characteristics.

This is NOT a crunchy, rules-oriented game! There are no hit points or armor classes. Combat is part of the story, and the players can help create their own consequences. The ease of use with this system lends itself to a very wide range of players.

This game includes a simple adventure generator using 1d6 tables as well, if you are stumped for an adventure!

All ages content, playable with 1 gamemaster and 1-6 players.
